Retail Operations Executive (Luxury Fashion Brand)

About the role

As a Retail Operations Executive, you will be the driving force behind seamless store performance across all brand stores. You'll oversee daily operations to ensure every boutique runs efficiently and consistently meets the brand's high standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer experience. You will coordinate the rollout and compliance of SOPs and operational guidelines, providing hands-on support to store teams, from maintaining operational excellence to assisting with new store openings.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management : Ensure accurate store inventory through regular cycle counts, monitor compliance with stock procedures, and address discrepancies or write-offs following company policy.
  • Uniform & Packaging Orders : Consolidate and submit uniform and packaging orders to HQ, track shipment arrivals, manage distribution to stores, and maintain grooming standards. Forecast packaging needs across all outlets for 3/6/12 months.
  • Vendor Management : Source, validate, and onboard external vendors for store services. Approve contracts, quotations, and invoices, and ensure timely renewals for licenses and essential services.
  • Hospitality Kits & CRM Support : Coordinate ordering and replenishment of hospitality kits, manage budget alignment with CRM, and ensure stores adhere to brand and local standards.
  • Store Rosters : Collect, review, and consolidate monthly store rosters, ensuring alignment with attendance policies, and share a master schedule with stakeholders for planning and operational oversight.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail or related fields, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail store operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Strong people management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and support store teams effectively.
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and capable of overseeing multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a focus on maintaining operational excellence across all outlets.
