Financial Analyst, APAC

Financial Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Regional FP&A team by ensuring the integrity of master data within the forecasting system, contributing to accurate and consistent financial insights. This role involves generating regular financial and operational reports, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes. It also supports budgetary oversight by monitoring actual expenditures against planned allocations, highlighting variances, and helping drive informed financial decisions across the business. Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do: Master Data Management & Synchronization: Establish and align business processes to consistently manage Pricing and Standard Cost data for Finished Goods and Spare Parts within our systems. Conduct routine data integrity checks across Oracle Fusion and PBCS to ensure consistency and alignment with established Master Data standards. Financial Reporting: Manage monthly reporting activities, ensure timely and accurate submissions from markets, and consolidate reports for regional review and analysis. Financial Planning & Analysis: Monitor and analyze spending by markets and regional teams. Work with market and regional finance teams to ensure financial rigor in spending against their budget. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes, propose and implement solutions. Standardize reporting practices across regions. Support implementation or upgrade of regional systems and processes. Requirements Proven experience in FP&A or a similar role Prior experience managing master data preferred Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel (e.g. Power Query), Dashboards (e.g Power BI) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools (e.g. Oracle EPBCS).
