- The SumTotal Workforce Management Developer role requires an individual with 5-12 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain workforce management solutions using SumTotal's suite of tools. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and optimization of workforce management processes.Your key responsibilities will include developing custom solutions and integrations using SumTotal Workforce Management tools, assisting in the implementation of modules like Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management, customizing applications to meet specific business requirements, and providing ongoing support and maintenance for SumTotal Workforce Management systems. Additionally, you will work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand and address workforce management needs, train end-users and administrators on tool usage, and create technical documentation for solutions and processes.To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience in developing and implementing workforce management solutions, preferably with SumTotal. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and scripting languages is required, as well as experience with SumTotal APIs and integration tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.Specific development experience in SumTotal/Cornerstone WFM time & attendance version 18 or above, Senior Java development, Java rules development for timecard rules, familiarity with RuleSetXML and ScheduleRulesetXML, knowledge of rule parameters, and experience with Oracle DB are preferred qualifications for this role.,
