What you will be working on
  • Positioning Singapore as a cutting-edge international legal dispute resolution hub
  • Nurturing and developing top-tier legal talent through forward-thinking education and manpower policies
  • Updating Singapore's Bar admission policies to meet current and future needs
  • Diving deep into global trends and data to inform groundbreaking policies and initiatives
  • Building and maintaining key relationships in the international and domestic legal arenas
What we are looking for
  • Deep Critical Thinking: Unravel complex issues and craft effective solutions
  • Clear and Concise Communication Skills: Distil and convey ideas with clarity in writing and speech
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Manage time and priorities to ensure tasks and complex projects are on track
  • Strategic Vision: Collaborate with colleagues and industry stakeholders to formulate and implement sector development plans

We are seeking motivated professionals with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the versatility to thrive both independently and collaboratively. You will be expected to manage a diverse range of responsibilities which may include policy analysis, strategy planning, and engagement management. Your ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is crucial.

We welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds. While legal qualifications and/or relevant work experience are an advantage, your passion and potential matter most. An aptitude assessment may be part of the selection process.
