Join to apply for the Premier Insurance Specialist role at HSBC . We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Insurance Specialist. Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, providing borderless banking and world‑class wealth management solutions. Responsibilities Conduct portfolio reviews with Relationship Managers, assess product suitability, market and regulatory change impact, identify opportunities and manage risks. Improve Relationship Managers’ product‑specific technical knowledge by on‑job coaching and training. Join Relationship Managers in meeting clients and providing technical advice and input based on technical knowledge. Collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share product competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities and challenges with stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support to Relationship Managers, sharing knowledge and encouraging others to do the same. Liaise between stakeholders and leadership teams on training and lead programs/initiatives. Provide support to Relationship Managers on increasing and capturing cross‑sell opportunities. Deliver fair outcomes to HSBC Singapore clients and ensure conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operations of financial markets. Qualifications An accredited Degree/Diploma holder. Advanced experience as an Insurance/Bancassurance Specialist, especially with high net‑worth products such as Universal Life, and strong knowledge of the investment climate to provide sound advice in wealth accumulation, legacy planning and premium financing. Confidence, maturity and strong presentation and pitching skills to hold effective client conversations with Relationship Managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across team members and internal stakeholders. Strong passion in training and coaching of insurance products, concepts and sales with Relationship Managers.
