Associate Producer I

• As an Associate Producer at EA Hyderabad, you will be part of EA, the world's largest video game publisher, known for popular titles such as Madden, FIFA, The Sims, and Star Wars. At EA Mobile, we focus on creating games for mobile devices and online environments to provide seamless play anytime, anywhere, and on any mobile device. Our goal is to deliver engaging, accessible, and high-quality games to a vast audience of casual and core gamers globally.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the vision and execution of game titles to meet EA's quality standards. You will manage the entire lifecycle of the game from concept to launch, including post-launch live services. Your role will involve researching and communicating game market trends, patterns, and customer requirements. You will work with self-organizing teams to achieve success and drive effective communication to surpass individual capabilities. Additionally, you will contribute innovative ideas about organization, production, and the future of interactive entertainment based on your experience in game development, production management, and leadership.Key Responsibilities:- Champion the game's vision while aligning with the creative director's vision and Product Managers" business expertise.- Provide context to the team on how features contribute to the game and market.- Assist in prioritizing high business value features and setting quality targets.- Advocate for the players, conveying their expectations clearly to the team.- Promote the value of the game within EA and the industry through various channels.- Mentor junior producers, helping them solve complex problems and develop their skills.- Collaborate with Studio leadership to foster a strong development organization.Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience as a Producer/Associate Producer in the video game industry, managing internal teams.- Ability to assess product feasibility and market trends, particularly in Mobile and Freemium.- Strong communication skills for representing products at executive levels.- Track record in developing high-profile entertainment and software products.- Knowledge of software/game market and platforms, with experience in Agile development.- Technical background is a plus.Join us at EA Mobile to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating innovative and exciting games for a global audience.,
