Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive (Fresh Graduate) to support our purchasing operations. This role is suitable for new graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in procurement or supply chain.Key Responsibilities: Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation: Assist in identifying and assessing suppliers to support business needs. Quotation & Purchasing Support: Request quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries. Negotiation Assistance: Support basic price comparison and participate in negotiation preparation. Market & Cost Analysis: Help analyze pricing trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and maintain accurate records. Inventory Coordination: Work with warehouse and logistics teams on stock level monitoring. Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to understand their procurement needs. Reporting: Prepare simple procurement reports and assist in supplier performance tracking. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.• Fresh graduates are welcome; good academic results will be an advantage. • Strong communication and analytical skills.• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.• Basic knowledge of procurement or supply chain concepts is helpful (not mandatory).• Familiarity with Excel is an added advantage.
