Shred 'n' Glow is a fast-growing lifestyle community in Singapore, partnering multiple international brands to market their products in Singapore. We offer health & fitness products & consultation, and beauty products & consultation. We believe in empowering the public with science- and research-backed health, fitness & beauty knowledge, and we invest in the personal growth of all team members.

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate located in Central Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Communicate effectively with team members and prospects
  • Own personal performance with an interest in developing a side income
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Engage in hands-on, 1-on-1 mentorship from experienced business leaders
  • Participate in growth pathways into leadership and entrepreneurship
  • Attend business networking events to connect with entrepreneurs
  • Represent Shred ’n Glow at workshops, booths, and networking events
  • Effectively perform commission-based activities with performance bonuses
  • Be part of a dynamic, supportive, youthful team culture (70% of us are students)
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in business development or sales is a plus, though not necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working hours and commitment
  • Minimum 10 hours per week; exact hours are generally flexible
  • Minimum commitment period: 6 months
