  • As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment, to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and providing support throughout the sales process.You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data, ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Additionally, you will manage and process sales orders, coordinating with relevant teams for timely fulfillment. Your role will also include preparing sales reports and presentations for management to provide insights into sales performance and trends.Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the front-end sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. You will be expected to identify and resolve issues related to the sales process, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide backend support for sales activities, including administrative tasks, data analysis, and other operational needs.This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated work location.,
