Product Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Have a deep understanding and knowledge of the English speaking markets, including local cultural norms.
• Responsible for search evaluation, investigation, and other search-related business requirements and provide guidance to deliver all key project milestones and outcomes to optimize search results-related strategies.
• Work independently as the evaluation and investigation project designer, deeply understand the business, and be responsible for the overall process of the project, including planning and implementation and providing high-quality evaluation analysis to help with product optimization.
• Data analysis and insights/reports generation based on evaluation data.
• Work closely with Product Managers and technical teams to elaborate and optimize relevant evaluation standards or guidelines and output project SOPs to ensure that the evaluation meets expectations.
• Work closely with multiple business partners to ensure business metrics improvement and workflow optimization.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to use it as a working language. This is because candidates must actively communicate with business stakeholders using Chinese. The business level Chinese language skill is essential as this role entails the communication between stakeholders in markets that use Mandarin.
• At least 2 years of experience in an operational role within the tech or digital media sectors, preferably in search functionalities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of search engines and TikTok or similar social media platforms. Sensitive to user behavior, content experience, and online security risks. Preferably possessing the knowledge of AI-driven product enhancements and their implications on user experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to influence decision-making and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and to manage cross-functional operational efforts. Project management experience will be preferred.
• Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
