What you will be working on:

  • Formulate and review HR policies, initiatives, and processes related to benefits and rewards to ensure they are relevant, competitive, and attractive, considering potential implementation issues and compliance with relevant legislation and PSD guidelines. Work with line managers to translate policies and engage employees on implementation.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement & well-being policies, strategies, and initiatives, considering future organizational needs and emerging trends.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of policies and initiatives that promote employee engagement & well-being, collaborating with stakeholders within the organization to address gaps and challenges.
  • Engage union and relevant stakeholders to build and maintain effective and harmonious industrial relations.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Human Resource/Business Management or equivalent.
  • Strong conceptual, operational, and systems thinking skills.
  • Meticulous with the ability to conceptualize and articulate policies clearly in writing.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.

Work Location: PUB Waterhub @ Toh Guan
