Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Inventory Support

a. Inventory Management

• Perform daily stock checks and promptly report discrepancies or findings to the Inventory Planner, Senior Security Specialist, and Retail Manager.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations to investigate and resolve inventory issues that require physical stock verification.
• Assist the Inventory Planner in validating results from cycle counts and stock takes, both during and after the process.
• Maintain and regularly update inventory records to support accurate stock validation and reconciliation.

b. Master Data Maintenance

• Support the Inventory Planner by identifying and reporting discrepancies related to product information or price tags to the Merchandising Team.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to ensure accurate price tagging by assisting in the printing and replacement of price tags as required.

E-Commerce Administrator

Order Processing & Fulfilment

• Manage the processing of online orders, including printing packing lists, delivery orders, and receipts.
• Distribute orders to packing staff and provide support in picking and packing activities as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between CAG and frontline staff to ensure smooth coordination from order placement to delivery.
• Monitor and track the fulfilment status of all e-commerce orders.

Administrative Support

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and organizing e-commerce documentation.
• Assist with inventory management by archiving products that are physically out of stock.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate stock availability on the e-commerce platform.

Customer Care

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, feedback, and reservation requests received through online platforms.
• Maintain close coordination with Changi Customer Centre and Fulfilment Centre to ensure seamless customer service.
• Update and maintain the refund and exchange registry for the e-commerce team to ensure accurate records.

General Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.

• Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a retail or travel retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and mature disposition.
• Prior experience in customer or client service is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Resourceful, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and MS Word.
• Willing to work on weekends and rotating shifts, as required.
