About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst with strong business acumen and a deep passion for data-driven decision making. This role goes beyond technical execution — we need someone who can connect the dots between data and strategy, uncover business opportunities, and influence decision-making at all levels. You will be responsible for building impactful dashboards, delivering various data outputs based on business requests, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across regions. The ideal candidate is both analytically strong and commercially sharp, with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities As part of the Global Business Intelligence & Strategy team, you will play a critical role in bridging data and business. This is not just a data support role. We are looking for someone who can think like a business owner, act like a strategist, and execute like a data analyst. Own the delivery of key data and analytics projects, partner with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business goals, challenges, and operating contexts Translate business needs into data solutions with clarity, flexibility, and commercial acumen Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Deliver impactful insights through regular performance tracking and ad-hoc deep dives to guide decision‑making Define, align, and standardize core business metrics to ensure data consistency across regions and teams Actively challenge assumptions, connect data points across domains, and provide forward‑looking recommendations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business analytics, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or tech industries Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin, to effectively collaborate with diverse, cross‑functional teams. Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data pipeline setting Strong business sense and ability to interpret data from a commercial perspective Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer Accessible by public transport (5 mins walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum) Young, Passionate & Friendly Working Environment.
