About the job We are seeking a MarTech Consultant to support, enhance, and optimise CRM and marketing technology platforms across implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement phases. The role requires hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and leading MarTech platforms, with the ability to translate business, operational, and marketing requirements into scalable, well‑governed solutions suitable for enterprise and regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE) platforms across implementation, maintenance, and enhancement phases. Design, configure, and support MarTech and marketing automation solutions using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign (or equivalent, e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Support CRM and MarTech integration, including data flows, synchronisation, and platform interoperability. Design, build, and maintain scalable data models across CRM and marketing platforms. Support campaign execution, workflow automation, and optimisation initiatives. Translate business, operational, and marketing requirements into system configurations and technical deliverables. Support workflow‑driven systems, role‑based access control, and configuration management. Gather, analyse, and document business and operational requirements. Support Service Request (SR) analysis, estimation, and delivery activities. Work within Agile or hybrid Agile delivery models, adapted for enterprise or public‑sector governance. Support application maintenance and enhancement workstreams (not limited to greenfield implementations). Maintain solution documentation, configuration records, and delivery artefacts. Participate in knowledge transfer, transition, and handover activities. Support audits, reviews, and governance processes where required. Assist with incident management, root‑cause analysis, and controlled change delivery. Requirement and Qualification 5‑10 years of experience in CRM, MarTech, or enterprise application consulting. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE) in implementation or support contexts. Proven experience working on application maintenance and enhancement projects, not limited to new implementations. Proven experience with one or more MarTech platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflow‑driven systems, and role‑based access and configuration management. Experience supporting or integrating with CMS, analytics, or other enterprise platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience working in public‑sector or regulated environments is a strong plus. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent MarTech platforms.
