What You’ll Do Streamline the martech stack to ensure integration, automation, and best‑practice utilization (e.g., SFMC, Braze) Design a divisional and country CRM operations model for efficient campaign orchestration and lifecycle automation Define customer journeys and trigger logic aligned to segmentation, with seamless cross‑channel personalization Build a scalable campaign model optimized for speed, reusability, and cost‑efficiency across markets Enhance and deploy content management systems and modular creative frameworks for rapid, localized content deployment Implement instrumentation across campaigns and journeys for full‑funnel tracking and continuous optimization Partner with Data & Analytics peers to ensure audience attributes refresh at required frequencies for precise targeting Champion documentation, upskilling, and operational standards to embed scalable Martech best practices Key Qualification Requirements 12–15 years in marketing technology, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and automation consulting Experience in multi‑region or enterprise‑scale environments preferred Deep expertise in CRM, CDP, and CMS ecosystems with hands‑on platform implementation Expertise in journey design, campaign orchestration, personalization frameworks Strong knowledge of marketing data structures, API integrations, and cross‑channel measurement Operationalizes marketing strategy through technology and process excellence Exceptional cross‑functional leadership across multi‑country stakeholders How We Work We follow a hybrid working model that balances effective collaboration with flexibility.
