About the role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between sales and technical functions. Your main responsibility will be to design scalable, high-impact solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Your work will influence client engagement, support market expansion, and ensure the successful implementation of our technologies. Job Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison to partners, leading major cross-functional business and technology design decisions. Provide technical presales leadership across regions, supporting regional sales pipelines. Deliver compelling demos and solution presentations, demonstrating Igloo's product value and driving client interest. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and implement solutions for strategic clients. Enhance client digital marketing capabilities and customer engagement outcomes. Oversee solution design and delivery across multiple product lines and distribution channels. Ensure successful production deployment and system integration. Guarantee seamless production launches and system integrations for mission-critical implementations. 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales, or similar client-facing technical roles, preferably within enterprise SaaS, Insurance, Insurtech, or Fintech sectors. Proven ability to build scalable presales operations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong track record of successful enterprise implementations and client engagement in multi-market settings. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
