In this exciting role, you will focus on generating new business and acquiring new DeepSea customers with a focus on multi‑level and relational sales approach. These are your tasks and responsibilities. As a Business Development Manager, your mission is to strategically advance the business performance, cultivate growth, and expand the market presence of our Deep‑Sea Services. In this crucial role, you’ll lead efforts to position Radio Holland as the preferred choice among our valued customers and esteemed business partners, including OEMs and integrators. With a proactive mindset and a talent for seizing opportunities, you’ll play a central role in shaping our company’s path forward. Your work will have an international scope, primarily focusing on the Asian market. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic prospecting. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, technical, and operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in alignment with company policies. Track, analyze, and report on market trends, competitor activities, and business performance metrics. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the company’s products and services. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, pricing models, and business growth plans. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets. Requirements This characterizes you: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain long‑term professional relationships. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. This is what we ask of you: At least a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably within marine/offshore industry). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with international trade and business cultures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel and CRM software. Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required.
