Vice President, Business Relationship Manager (Transaction Banking) Join MUFG as a Vice President, Business Relationship Manager in Transaction Banking. Job Responsibilities Support IT needs of the Regional Head Quarter (RHQ) for Transaction Banking in their transformation strategy by understanding and analysing business requirements from Operations. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business and technology teams, to propose appropriate solutions to RHQs while considering: Global, regional and local business strategy and IT strategy Application landscape and architecture direction Support the assigned local offices in their IT requirements. Ensure business units understand the technology solution, overall delivery, and compliance with governance processes and architecture standards. Assist business units in cost‑benefit analyses for projects and help prioritise projects submitted to the investment committee. Support understanding of multiple project initiation statuses, monitor progress, and help adjust investment budget allocations accordingly. Participate in the IT annual budgeting and planning process for the assigned business units. Job Requirements Minimum ten years of experience in IT with Transaction Banking experience. Experience working in the banking industry, especially in Banking Operation or Operation Planning. Experience in system development (project manager, system architect, developer, or tester). Excellent communication skills. Analytical mindset with problem‑solving aptitude. Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and a service‑oriented attitude. Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated balance at the intersection of IT and its business partner. Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills. Experience in business analysis.
