Overview

As a Business Transformation Service Associate, you will analyze problems and design solutions for our investment management business. You will work closely with EA business partners to demonstrate knowledge of design and analysis methodologies, identify and solve problems, and lead efforts to scale, simplify, and grow the business. You will develop domain expertise and partner with the business to deliver solutions, working independently and under supervision on complex projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in business transformation within asset management
  • Ability to analyze complex problems involving people, processes, technology, and data
  • Experience in leveraging data for process design and automation
  • Strong critical thinking skills across problem identification, solution design, and implementation
  • Experience in root cause analysis and defining business solutions
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights using quantitative methods
  • Designing and prototyping business models to enhance associate experiences
  • Interest in new technologies and AI applications
  • Knowledge of securities, corporate actions, and investment operations
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives

Compensation & Benefits
