About The Team

The Product Management team at Shopee acts as the key liaison between business, engineering, and design teams. They are responsible for implementing strategies, roadmaps, and features that align with business goals across various functions such as Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, and Seller Service. Job Description
  • Gain a deep understanding of the marketplace ecosystem and customer needs to design comprehensive product solutions.
  • Design the buyer’s checkout flow to ensure a fast, smooth, and user-friendly experience while driving business impact.
  • Collaborate with business, design, and development teams to ensure successful project implementation and high-quality product delivery.
  • Analyze key product metrics to derive insights for product iteration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex business and technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and quick to learn.
  • Deep care for user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the broader e-commerce ecosystem.
