Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow from receipt to dispatch. - Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and storage of equipment. - Implement and maintain inventory tracking procedures to optimize accuracy and efficiency. - Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and purchasing departments to ensure timely stock availability. - Lead and mentor warehouse staff, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. - Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies with the Engineering and Logistics teams. - Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movement, stock reports, and operational performance. - Ensure proper storage and maintenance of all equipment, reporting any missing or damaged items. - Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse space for maximum efficiency. - Uphold compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Leadership experience managing a team and ensuring productivity. - Knowledge of inventory management systems and general warehouse operations. - Physical ability to lift and move equipment when needed. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or overtime if required.
