About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated gamer to join our product team as a Management Trainee. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0-2 years) who live and breathe games and aspire to develop into future product leaders. You will work directly with senior product managers who will mentor you on how to transform your player insights into product strategy.

This program is your bootcamp for learning how world-class gaming products are built, scaled, and managed. You will contribute meaningfully from day one because your core expertise—understanding what players really want—is what we value most.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product managers in planning, analyzing, and executing new features and mobile game content.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, and marketing).
• Learn and contribute to live operations, performance metrics tracking, and product optimization.
• Take on projects and challenges designed to stretch your problem-solving and leadership skills.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualities

• Educational Background: Graduate from a top university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU or other international reputable institutions).
• Deep Gaming Passion & Expertise: We want to see your playtime. A genuine, lifelong passion for gaming is non-negotiable. You should have extensive experience across multiple genres (RPGs, MOBAs, FPS, Strategy, etc.) and be able to discuss game design, mechanics, and player motivation with depth and insight. In your application, tell us about a game you've mastered.
• Resilience: Evidence of overcoming tough challenges—whether in a game (soloing a brutal raid boss) or in life—showing grit and determination.
• Mindset: High standards, driven, and eager to grow into a future leader in product management.
• Language: Ability to communicate (read/write/speak) fluently in Mandarin due to the need to work with our China-based stakeholders and analyze the CN market.
