Job Description As a Senior Recruiter you’ll be responsible for hiring the best talent across APAC for roles in Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design. You’ll be a key member of the global recruitment team, delivering extraordinary candidate and hiring‑team experiences while driving data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement. Responsibilities End-to‑end recruitment for multiple function roles based in Wise’s Asia Pacific offices. Build and maintain top‑of‑funnel candidate pools and efficiently manage pipelines to meet hiring needs. Devise and execute sourcing strategies to fill technical and niche roles, improving candidate conversion. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the application journey. Serve as a strategic recruitment partner for hiring leads, delivering data‑driven insights and effective hiring delivery. Collaborate with global recruitment on initiatives that enhance process and capability. Work closely with the APAC people team to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding journeys. Lead or participate in regional initiatives that boost employer brand and attract passive talent. Qualifications Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent while delivering a superior partnering experience to candidates and hiring teams. Strong business‑partnering skills with senior leaders; not just a service provider. Experience driving DEI outcomes through diverse slates, bias mitigation, and accountability. Data‑driven approach: using metrics to support hiring recommendations and to chart improvements. Ownership of a positive candidate experience and technical sourcing skills to build passive talent pipelines. Proficient at automating and scaling recruitment processes, sharing knowledge, and operating efficiently. Skills and Attributes Data‑driven mindset, using analytics to shape strategy and influence stakeholders. Flexible and adaptable, managing shifting priorities and initiating self‑direction. Collaborative team player, building strategic partnerships across the organization. Strong communicator, tailoring storytelling to diverse audiences.
