We are recruiting for a regional logistics and data centre real estate platform which can deliver end to end real estate cycle of development, investment and fund management.

Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will be looking to assist with the overall management and operation of this development fund. You will work with the Senior Management and key stakeholders to document the overall business, investment and operational strategies.

You will ensure that the investment, asset management, financial and operational strategies and objectives are carried out as planned and in accordance with the investment strategy.

You will assist with the preparation of investment proposals, information memorandums (and like documents), preparation of business plans and budgets as well as reports such as financial statements, annual reports and other items required by investors.

You will assist the senior management team in preparation of reports to the Board and Management Committee to obtain requisite approvals for all investments and divestments, including the preparation of regular asset management plans, detailing proposals and forecasts of net income, capital expenditure, sales and valuations, explanations of major variances to previous forecasts, written commentaries on key issues and any relevant assumptions.

You will also be assisting with the preparation of all regular communications with the investors, including financial reports, newsletters, business plans, reports, budgets, minutes, etc.

Requirements

You possess at least a Degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Finance, or its equivalent and have about 5-8 years of experience in Real Estate/Fund Management.

You possess advanced knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and financial modelling as well as being a good team player with positive work attitude.
