Learning Content Specialist

You are a highly motivated content specialist who will be joining the Autodesk Education Experiences team with the primary responsibility of driving the creation and production of learning content in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations space. Your role will involve applying your knowledge of BIM to create, produce, and publish learning content while ensuring its adaptation for the India market.Responsibilities:- Content production and optimization: You will manage multiple vendors and content SMEs to deliver high-quality learning content for education. Additionally, you will work with a global content development team to oversee projects and the content production process from ideation to publication, ensuring timely delivery and optimal audience engagement. Analyzing content performance and implementing strategies for enhancement will also be part of your responsibilities.- Process Improvement: You will identify and propose solutions to remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies in content workflows to streamline processes.- Content Governance: Ensuring that the content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards will be crucial.- Team Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and legal departments to facilitate content-related tasks and projects.Key Skills and Experience:- Instructional Design Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in creating instructional content.- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to content production and distribution.- Content Management Systems (CMS) Experience: Familiarity with CMS platforms and content management best practices.- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and evolving content landscape.- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content pieces and meet deadlines.- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders.- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze content performance data and derive actionable insights.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in learning design and technology or equivalent years of experience.- 3+ years of work experience in content creation, certification exam publishing, and/or project management.- Knowledge of the BIM industry and understanding of how software is taught in the classroom.- Consistent track record in working cross-functionally to deliver content on time and with quality.- Understanding of how educational content can be applied in the India market.- Ability to form and maintain close partnerships and relationships with stakeholders.- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).About Autodesk:Autodesk is a company where amazing things are created every day with their software, ranging from buildings and cars to factories and movies.
