Changi Airport Group is part of the inter-agency team developing Changi East, which includes Changi Airport’s future Terminal 5. We invite you to join us in shaping Singapore's aviation future.

As part of the T5 project team, you will manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from inception, procurement, design development, construction, to handover. Your responsibilities include managing stakeholders, design consultants, and contractors, as well as conducting feasibility and engineering studies, facilitating brief development, reviewing standards and submissions, and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders and agencies. As a project manager, you will oversee project timelines, costs, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the construction industry (more years will be considered for senior roles).
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Experience in Program Risk Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Project is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, handling fast-paced projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
