In the initial phases of this journey, Remote Growthlab seeks a technology leader to kickstart this vision on a contract or consulting basis.Job Overview:Remote Growthlab is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on a consulting or contract basis to navigate the initial phase of constructing their AI-based customer support platform. This role is perfect for a technology expert with a deep interest in AI, machine learning, and cutting-edge tech solutions. The selected individual will be responsible for shaping the tech strategy, establishing a scalable architecture, and laying the groundwork for the platform's success.Key Responsibilities:- **Technology Strategy:** Create a technology roadmap for the AI-driven customer support platform, emphasizing scalable architecture and innovative AI solutions.- **AI and ML Implementation:** Oversee the development and integration of AI models for NLP, machine learning, and automation to ensure a competitive advantage.- **Product Development Guidance:** Provide technical direction for designing, developing, and deploying core platform features such as AI chatbots, automated ticketing, and analytics.- **Team Setup:** Aid in setting up the initial tech team, defining key roles, and devising a plan for team expansion as the platform grows.- **Hands-on Leadership:** Engage in hands-on development when required, guiding engineers and data scientists to ensure high-quality platform development.- **Integration Strategy:** Lead the API development and third-party integrations strategy with CRMs, communication tools, and other software platforms.- **Data Security and Compliance:** Ensure adherence to best practices in data security, privacy, and industry standards compliance.- **Transition to Full-Time Role:** Opportunity to transition into a full-time CTO position as Remote Growthlab expands, with equity or other incentives to reward long-term commitment.Key Requirements:- **Experience:** Minimum 5+ years in software development, with a strong AI, machine learning, or SaaS-based solutions background.
