What the role is: As a Systems Analyst you are part of HDB’s IT Group to drive digital transformation. You will be part of an application development team that will leverage on innovation and technology to enable business excellence. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders in HDB to manage, design and develop systems that support HDB’s wide spectrum of business domains. What you will be working on: Understand HDB’s business processes and work with users to design and develop an end-to-end solution Provide advice and assistance to business users in the effective use of application system and information technology Manage the development of the application system and ensure the project is implemented within budget and according to schedule Design solutions that are of quality and functional to ensure a good user experience Monitors the performance of the application and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues surfaced in the production environment Work closely with various technical, solution and information architects to ensure the application developed is robust and align with the Enterprise Architecture Produce technical documentation for application systems Have a keen interest in IT / programming / system designs Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle What we are looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst with hands‑on experience with SAP (i.e. SAP/4HANA, ECC) or other ERP systems Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g. Financial Accounting, Material Management, Human Resource) to improve business processes Experience in SAP project management or similar role Experience in SAP system configuration, implementation and support Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies Good to Have: Great Attitude to bring the best out our team, driven and motivated Team Player; we work together as a team Autonomous & Take ownership SAP certification(s) in relevant modiles is a plus Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract in the first instance.
