Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end UX design across the patient journey—from appointment booking to treatment follow-up.
  • Create intuitive UI designs for complex healthcare workflows involving insurers, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clinical stakeholders to align design with functional requirements.
  • Design and maintain consistent design systems, components, and patterns to support modular integrations.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure accessibility, regulatory compliance (e.g., PDPA, HL7/FHIR standards), and data privacy in design deliverables.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and functional specs for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Ideally 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools; experience with prototyping and design systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions—preferably involving complex systems or integrations.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and multi-stakeholder teams.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR), insurer workflows, or clinical process design.
