Responsibilities Support the Head of SEA Public Policy in developing and implementing the team's long‑term and short‑term strategy based on emerging issues, market trends, and business needs. Assist the Chief of Staff in key PMO activities and processes, including team operations, reporting and business cadence, project planning, prioritisation, initiation, and execution. Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the SEA Public Policy team, in close coordination with regional and local leaders to ensure smooth functioning. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives, building key strategic relationships internally to remove roadblocks, fill gaps, and streamline projects. Provide strategic input to the Head of SEA Public Policy on key areas of work, internally and externally, determining priority of matters and directing them appropriately. Aid the Head of SEA Public Policy with preparing briefing materials, presentations, and other documents for high‑level meetings and communications. Monitor and analyse relevant policy developments externally and progress of internal projects, creating updates, briefs, and insight notes. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in project management, business operations or business strategy roles. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships and work effectively within and across teams. Ability to prioritise and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Global mindset and sensitivity towards diverse cultures and working styles. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and navigating uncertainty. Prior experience in public policy, government relations, or a related field is a plus.
