As a Sales Division Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in leading and managing the division by developing and implementing strategic plans, executing Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve targets and profitability, managing inventory and pricing strategies to meet market needs, and motivating and coaching your team.
Responsibilities- Establishing and communicating to team (business unit managers) divisional plans and goals to maintain or increase market leadership, create new business and superior customer loyalty with increased profitability to the Division and company.
- Oversee yearly and monthly activities of the sales teams; support Business Unit Managers to achieve divisional and business unit objectives in sales and profits; continuously train, evaluate, and coach the team toward achieving divisional goals.
- Set and implement divisional sales plans that are ambitious and reasonable; strive for outstanding results.
- Ensure the Sales team completes all Tender & Sales agreements accurately and timely in compliance with company policy.
- Be responsible for the divisional business plan and expense budget to achieve sales goals and optimize return on investment.
- Accountable for inventory targets for the division; work closely with SCM on pre-planning for new projects and business.
- Oversee and drive Key Opinion Leaders network, alliances with customer groups and professional bodies, manufacturers, strategic alliances, industry associations, suppliers, and vendors that promote the goodwill of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Sales, Business, Science, Nursing, Medtech or equivalent (or related discipline).
- At least 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in medical device industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team with sustained high performance.
- Recognized as an expert within the organization, able to anticipate internal and/or external business challenges, and recommend process, product, or service improvements.
- Proven history in sales development and leadership qualities.
