About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Indoor Sales Engineer to join our growing team at Muhr Asia. This exciting full-time role will be based in our office in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As an Indoor Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation

Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, delivering excellent service and nurturing strong relationships

Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits

Providing accurate, timely and detailed quotes and proposals to customers

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

Managing marketing activities

Actively participating in sales meetings, training sessions and other company initiatives

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the engineering industry. Fresh diploma or degree graduates in the engineering discipline are welcome to apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results

Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and customer engagement

Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
