The Assistant Manager (Client Accounting) role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and a team of accounting professionals. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of clients Reviewing and preparing full sets of accounts and statutory financial statements Handling quarterly GST returns, payment processing, payroll processing, and CPF submission Attending to accounting and business-related matters of clients, including liaison with clients, regulatory authorities, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and banks Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy or ACCA At least 4 years of relevant experience in an outsourced accounting environment Experience in managing service operations and client deliverables Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, CPF, GST, and relevant tax rules, procedures, and guidelines Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a particular focus on Excel skills and Xero accounting software We offer an inclusive and diverse environment to support your career aspirations, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and a holistic approach to your professional and personal development.
