Overview

Our client, a renowned Technology Company, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a IT Support Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and solutions to resolve user issues effectively and improve productivity.
  • Manage IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, and AV systems, ensuring proper maintenance, patching, and compliance.
  • Proactively prevent outages and minimize disruptions to systems and services.
  • Identify outdated technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements to maintain a reliable IT environment.
  • Support AV and IT equipment setup for departmental events.
  • Promote adoption of Google Workspace (GWS) and related applications in line with the company’s cloud-first strategy.
  • Assist with IT support tasks such as obtaining vendor quotes, onboarding new users, and configuring software/hardware.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Groupware, Infrastructure, Security) to test, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 1–2 years of IT support or operations experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and applications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to resolve issues and follow through to completion.
  • Proficient in information gathering, analysis, and reporting.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Location: Central
  • Working hours: Depending on Project
  • Salary: up to S$5,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
