Work you will do

• Lead cross‑functional teams on engagements and be accountable for their and the clients' success.
• Define solution and implementation strategy and execute them on engagements.
• Take accountability for delivery of engagements within plan, and meeting or exceeding promised outcomes for clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise in area of focus and in specific industries.
• Support business development through solution content.
• Develop broad understanding of emerging platforms and technologies; mentor and guide team members toward expected standards of excellence.
• Lead teams to deliver impact to clients through data‑driven transformation and a business‑oriented mindset.
• Leverage expertise in a functional domain to enable the client's strategic agenda.
• Consider end‑user adoption opportunities and threats when developing recommendations.

Your role as a leader

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of post‑qualification experience working in a multi‑cultural environment.
• Deep and wide experience in SAP‑led transformation programs in diverse industries.
• Completed at least 8 end‑to‑end SAP (Treasury) implementations in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Knowledge and work experience with SAP ECC upgrade to S/4HANA.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions, including:
  • Cash and Liquidity Management
  • Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
  • In‑House Cash (IHC)
  • Bank Communication Management (BCM)
  • Integration with SAP FI, CO, and external banking systems
• Expertise in integration with modules such as FICO, MM, Funds Management and Grants Management, PS.
• Analyze business requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, and propose suitable SAP solutions or enhancements.
• Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activities.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Sales, Logistics and IT.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is a must.
• Broad understanding of emerging business and technology paradigms.
• Demonstrated ability to engage client stakeholders on a range of issues.
• A self‑motivated individual with the ability to chart a path to success and provide situational leadership to engagement teams; coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Value‑driven; inclusive and committed to client service excellence.
• Willingness to work outside of office base and travel (locally and abroad) as required for project assignments.
• Positions may be based in Singapore, with project locations across the Asia‑Pacific region.
