We seek passionate, hands-on individuals for Pure’s rapidly growing and cutting-edge Field Solutions Architecture Team. As an AI/HPC Consulting Field Solutions Architect, you will be a motivated technical sales resource providing guidance and enablement, focusing on unstructured data opportunities and partnerships within a sales region. You must understand the client's business, how to position the value of a Pure Solution, and be an authority on Pure’s presence in various customer environments. Your role is critical in aligning customer needs with our AI/ML workloads, GPU computing, distributed systems, and storage and networking solutions.

This role also involves ensuring Pure account teams effectively qualify and position AI/HPC opportunities, providing enablement internally and to our channel partners. You will work cross-functionally across Solutions, Marketing, Alliances, Engineering, Enablement, and Sales to align initiatives and go-to-market campaigns, maintaining technical expertise on emerging solutions.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE...

• Creating field-facing solutions content (Technical Walkthroughs, Deep Dives, Demos, Qualification Guides) for AI/HPC solutions.
• Presenting at webinars and events with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors.
• Participating in customer calls, demos, POCs, EBCs, and internal strategy sessions.
• Staying updated on advancements in internal AI/HPC offerings and formalizing enablement plans.
• Contributing to solutions roadmap discussions, providing field feedback on deals and solutions.
• Participating in field testing to document insights, bridging gaps between solutions and field needs.
• Providing post-sales troubleshooting with expert knowledge.
• Partnering with Sales and Engineering leaders for feedback and alignment.
• Inspiring and motivating the field team, attracting customers to Pure Storage technology.
• Engaging cross-functionally to align initiatives and develop internal relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• Deep knowledge of AI/HPC integrations, with proven expertise in AI/ML workloads and frameworks.
• Strong technical skills in Object/File Storage, NFS & SMB protocols, with industry vision.
• Understanding of NAS vendors and ecosystem partners.
• 10+ years of pre-sales experience in IT, covering private and public sectors.
• Expertise in file use-cases, product solutions, and competitive technologies.
• Experience executing PoCs and demonstrations.
• Understanding of infrastructure components underpinning high-performance environments.
• Reputation as a technical evangelist with deep expertise in key technologies.
• Ability to articulate customer and Pure Storage strategies at a detailed technical level.
• Skill in explaining complex concepts simply for teams and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, CRM, and opportunity management systems like Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills with complex engineering designs.
• Strong work ethic and follow-through.
• Publications and social media presence are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
