Senior Account Manager Singapore Chubb Sales

Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the ELV contractor and Monitoring market. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Conduct regular meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ELV contractor and Monitoring market. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Electronic Security Business Unit. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure timely completion. Provide clients with regular updates on project status and milestones. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ELV contractor and Monitoring market. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Chubb’s market presence. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Resolve any technical or operational issues in collaboration with the technical team. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the electronic security or ELV industry. Strong understanding of the ELV contractor market and related technologies.
