Join to apply for the Manager, Finance Taxation role at NTT DATA, Inc. Key responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance across APAC jurisdictions. Review indirect tax filings and recommend process improvements. Evaluate tax implications pertaining to new transactions including tax planning with implementation and integration, new business ventures, and contracts. Monitor tax developments and changes including new international tax laws impacting the organization. Assess and guide the organization with potential tax impact as well as opportunities and alternatives. Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements. Support tax provision accounting and external audits. Coordinate tax audits and liaise with tax authorities and consultants. Monitor APAC tax law changes and assess business impact. Review business transactions to identify tax implications and advise the business in structuring the transactions in the most efficient manner. To thrive in this role, you need to have: Business acumen demonstrated by the knowledge and understanding necessary to address a wide range of business strategies, challenges, and opportunities. Displays a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. Technical tax knowledge in specific area of tax, and Tax Accounting. Sense of ownership and pride in own performance and its impact on company’s success. Demonstrates a consultative approach in partnering with leaders across the organization. Excellent relationship-building skills necessary to address diverse peer audiences. Academic qualifications and certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance / accounting or related field preferred. Registered with a professional body as Tax Practitioner preferred. Required experience: 8+ years of experience in multinational corporate tax with APAC exposure. Strong knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing, and APAC tax regimes. Experience with tax audits and risk assessment. Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently. Experience in DC industry preferred. Prior experience working with stakeholders in other APAC countries (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand). Other Requirements: Must have flexible work schedule to accommodate across global business hours. Travel will be required, up to 10%.
