Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Management: Oversee full spectrum of financial operations including accounting, cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation. Develop financial strategies to support business growth in retail, e-commerce (Shopee, online platforms), and export sales. Manage treasury and working capital to ensure healthy cashflow. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IRAS tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government bodies (CPF, MOM, IRAS). Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Strengthen internal controls, implement policies and SOPs to minimize risk. Review and improve accounting processes, including ERP system integration for finance, sales, and inventory. Support digital transformation projects, including automation of reporting and cost controls. Leadership & Business Partnering: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Work closely with senior management and business units to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Partner with sales and operations teams to manage pricing, rebates, vendor financing, and cost efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
