Technical Content Developer 2

What you’ll achieve
  • Work independently to develop accurate, concise, high-quality content that enhances Dell products.
  • Participate in the development lifecycle processes to identify content requirements, formulate milestones, develop content, validate quality, and release deliverables according to the program objectives.
  • Create, approve, and maintain project schedules based on product features, requirements, and timelines.
  • Represent the Content Engineering and Translation (CE&T) team in cross-functional meetings, product requirement deliberations, content strategy discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in initiatives to leverage new technologies and processes to improve content development and the customer experience.

Essential Requirements
  • Understanding of technical content authoring workflows
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as DITA, XML, and HTML
  • Knowledge of job related content authoring, publishing, and graphic design tools
  • Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
  • Communication & problem solving skills
