What the role is: You manage HR functions to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement within MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), focusing on finance professionals. What you will be working on: Develop career pathways and talent management programmes for finance professionals Oversee recruitment and performance evaluation processes Conduct talent assessments and manage succession planning Align individual performance with organisational objectives Provide expert advice on employment practices Develop onboarding programmes for new finance professionals Challenge(s)- Ensuring equitable growth opportunities across diverse finance roles Balancing individual career aspirations with organisational needs Keeping HR practices current with evolving industry trends What we are looking for: Education in Human Resource, preferably complemented by professional HR certification Experience in HR management is preferred Familiarity with industry trends is advantageous Analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills Good communication and writing skills Proactivity, adaptability and integrity Ability to collaborate effectively across all organisational levels (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
