As an Equipment/Production Engineer for Micron Fab10 Singapore, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and implementing new tool installations, relocations, and chamber retrofits to enhance equipment performance and drive continuous improvement for your process area. You will oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, maintain records on equipment notices, upgrades and safety issues, study equipment performance and reliability, and establish programs and solutions to increase uptime and address equipment problems affecting the manufacturing process. You will provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations and define preventative maintenance schedules.

• Plan, schedule, and implement new tool installations, relocations, and chamber retrofits.
• Own and develop equipment maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Work with process owners to develop, prioritize and manage projects to reduce defects, improve availability, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between facilities, vendor reps, and shift personnel.
• Interact with process owners and tool vendors to develop hardware, software, and technologies related to process and hardware performance improvements.
• Write and publish reports that summarize equipment availability improvements and cost reduction projects.
• Complete learning items within the stipulated time frame.
• Ensure QMS/business process effectiveness and conformance to requirements; deliver intended outputs and report performance and opportunities for improvement to management; promote internal and external customer focus; maintain integrity of the QMS when changes are planned and implemented; ensure customer requirements are met.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science required.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours (e.g., compressed, 12-hour night shifts).
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
