Responsibilities Lead a team of Engineers to deliver DCS solutions to customers. Responsible for functional design, hardware design, application development, internal test, customer inspection and commissioning of DCS. To execute DCS projects using Centum VP system following ISO9000 standards. Manage project lifecycle from requirement gathering, design, FAT/SAT to commissioning. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Process, Instrumentation, IT, Vendors) to ensure smooth execution. Ensure all project deliverables comply with ISO9000 quality standards and customer specifications. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to junior engineers in the team. Monitor project schedules, costs, and risks, taking corrective action when needed. Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and training materials for end users. Support service team during system handover and warranty/maintenance period. Requirements Mimnimum Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Chemical Engineering At least 5 years of experience in Process Control & Instrumentation site construction, installation and commissioning. Strong knowledge of DCS systems (preferably Yokogawa Centum VP), SCADA, PLC, and industrial communication protocols. Familiar with project execution methodologies, engineering standards (ISA, IEC, ISO9000). Proficiency in control logic, graphics development, and system configuration. Experience in leading a team or supervising subcontractors. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
