As the Contract Administrator based in Singapore, you will report directly to the Contracts Manager and work closely with the rest of the Development team, making your mark in a number of ways:

  • You will provide support to the delivery teams on contracts and commercial administration across the entire lifecycle of data centre developments
  • You will act as a key communicator to internal and external stakeholders on contract and financial matters relating to the development of data centres
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Contracts Manager in drafting new contracts, variations and contractual correspondence
  • Raise and generate Purchase Orders and take ownership of tracking and communication of approvals to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the process is facilitated efficiently and effectively
  • Cost management system super user support – champion the process and assist the development team to ensure costs are allocated correctly with PO’s approved in a highly efficient manner
  • Assist Contracts Managers in contract lifecycle responsibilities including kick off, delivery and close out of all contracts
  • Coordinate payments between Development and Finance teams to ensure payment of contractors in accordance with contract payment terms
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of reporting tools for measurement of key contract metrics
Qualifications
You have successfully supported projects in a contracts or commercial role in a complex construction or development environment:
  • Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
  • High attention to detail and collaboration skills with the ability to be resourceful and communicate clearly and concisely to the team to deliver to project requirements and timelines
  • Authentic and genuine personality who can build strong relationships with diverse personalities around the world
