Our services aim to support persons with disabilities across their life stages, empowering them to achieve their highest level of independence and lead fulfilling lives. These services include education, learning, therapy, social care, and community integration efforts delivered through early intervention centres, SPED schools and other programmes. Administration Operations The Administration Operations team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of these services, supporting service leaders in processing client information relating to financial, personnel, and general administration. The Administration Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support which may include secretariat support for meetings, liaison with vendors, inventory and data management, confidential data management, over counter customer service and other operational responsibilities. The role may be assigned to any one of our services. This is a position of trust and it is likely you will become aware of sensitive, confidential and private information that must not be disclosed to unauthorised personnel. Facilities Management Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered, included and thriving in inclusive communities. The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. The postholder will ensure that buildings and facilities are accessible, safe and in working order, while meeting the needs of occupants. The Assistant Manager will manage smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to achieve high standards. They will address facilities maintenance issues and emergencies promptly, and work closely with vendors/contractors such as security, cafeteria and transport services, supervising Facilities Support staff. Employability and Artability Rainbow Centre ("RC") envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. Employability Services ("ES") equip persons with disabilities with core and technical skills for meaningful employment. The ES Artability team manages all visual art content, training and exposure across RC campuses via three programmes: (1) Visual Art In-Curriculum Exposure (ICE), (2) Visual Art Co-Curricular Activity (CCA), and (3) Talent Art. Programmes aim to equip RC students with technical and soft skills for meaningful engagement in visual art. The Artability Trainer is responsible for planning, delivering, and managing visual art training services under the Artability programme, conducting engaging sessions across SPED schools, employing innovative teaching methods for diverse needs, and managing projects such as art exhibitions, roadshows, galleries and workshops. Finance Rainbow Centre ("RC") envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. Our Finance Team ensures the organisation’s financial health and supports budgeting, financial planning and long-term goals. The Senior Executive, Accounts is responsible for accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and collaborating with school leaders and programme units to support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis aligned to RC’s strategic goals. Special Schools and Transport Rainbow Centre ("RC") envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. Our special schools aim to enable students with disabilities to reach their fullest potential and lead thriving lives. The Facilities Support cum Driver provides facilities maintenance support and reliable transport operations by performing routine maintenance and safe transport of staff, materials, and equipment. Care and Enrichment Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered, included and thriving in inclusive communities. The Care and Enrichment (CE) team focuses on out of school hours care (OOSH) and enrichment programmes. The postholder plans, implements and ensures outcomes are delivered. Training, Consultancy and Partnerships Rainbow Centre Training and Consultancy builds capabilities of persons with disabilities, caregivers, sector professionals and partners. The Senior Trainer serves as a subject matter expert in special education, identifying learning needs and delivering high-quality, competency-based programmes. The Senior Trainer operates across diverse environments—from classrooms to community and client sites—and leverages digital learning platforms to shape sector capability and drive RC’s inclusive mission. Advocacy, Community Engagement and Partnerships The Advocacy and Community Engagement (ACE) team leads RC’s communications and partnerships to advance our mission. The Senior Executive, Partnership and Community Activation designs and implements strategies to enhance collaboration with stakeholders, drive community engagement, and promote inclusivity. The role identifies and cultivates partnerships aligned with Rainbow Centre’s goals and executes projects related to fundraising and donor, partner and volunteer engagement and management. Working under trained educators, Assistant Teachers contribute to quality learning experiences, support curriculum delivery, foster partnerships with parents and engage the community to improve outcomes for students. Early Intervention and Related Roles Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. The Early Intervention programme provides educational and therapy support for young children with disabilities. Roles include Lead Early Interventionist, Facilitator, Centre Head reporting lines and responsibilities around student learning, well-being and policy systems. Other positions include Assistant Care Facilitator, Assistant Teacher (eligibility for SDESN), Associate Psychologist, Early Intervention Teacher and Early Interventionist, with responsibilities spanning planning, delivering, coordinating, supervising and collaborating with families, professionals and stakeholders to support holistic development.
