This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Changi Airport Group and the development of Singapore Changi Airport. You will be part of the Pricing and Commercial Strategy Division within the Commercial Cluster. The team manages the airport's revenue streams, including aircraft landing, parking and aerobridge fees, passenger service charges, car parking, utilities and airport service charges, and conducts short- and long-term forecasting, budgeting and variance reporting to support management planning and decision-making, as well as strategic initiatives for the Commercial Cluster.
You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis of our commercial revenue, including pricing and management of various airport charges at Changi. This work includes financial simulations, benchmarking, proposing optimal pricing structures and tariff rates, and conducting user consultations during price revisions.
Responsibilities- Oversee budgeting and tracking of non-aeronautical revenues, including concession revenues, car-parking revenue, airport service charges, rentals, utilities, etc.
- Analyze sales and revenue performance of the retail business, reconcile monthly revenue against budget, and apprise management on latest performance.
- Conduct simulations on forecast revenues and benchmark performance against key airports, landlords and travel retail players.
- Be involved in day-to-day operations of digital carpark offerings (e.g., Park & Fly, Park & Work), address day-to-day user issues, and uphold service standards.
- Contribute to product enhancement and marketing of digital carparking, recommend improvements to enhance customer experience, and deepen carpark offerings to grow revenue.
- Assist in developing pricing proposals for airport charges and coordinate cluster-wide strategic priorities, business planning and research insights in the longer term.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Economics or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in budgeting or revenue management preferred
- Proficient in financial modelling and scenario analysis using Excel or similar tools; familiarity with revenue budgeting systems is advantageous
- Adept at developing presentation proposals with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated team player with sharp analytical and interpersonal skills
- Driven, resourceful and creative, with ability to multi-task and build relationships at all levels to achieve outcomes
