Subject Matter Expertise & Technical Act as the technical specialist for Microsoft Cloud solutions, focusing on M365 Copilot during workshops, trainings, and implementations Provide expert guidance on solution design and best practices Support complex technical discussions, deep-dive sessions, and customer Q&A Delivery & Implementation Support Support or lead workshops, trainings, hands-on labs, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot implementations Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during delivery engagements Partner & Customer Engagement Collaborate with partners and internal teams to validate use cases and solution approaches Provide technical input during pre-sales, scoping, and solution planning Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners Knowledge & Capability Development Contribute to the development and refinement of technical content, demos, and reference materials Stay up to date with Microsoft product updates, roadmap changes, and emerging best practices Mentor junior SMEs or trainers, where applicable Core Microsoft Expertise (One or More Areas Required) Primary Focus Areas Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot Studio Copilot Agents Microsoft Power Platform Power Automate Power Apps Power BI Teams, SharePoint, Outlook etc Additional / Nice-to-Have Azure Fundamentals / Azure AI Microsoft Security Defender, Sentinel Governance, Security, and Compliance for Power Platform Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies Strong background in customer enablement and trainings Proven ability to support customer use cases Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences Certifications (Highly Preferred) Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant / Developer Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator / Fundamentals Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) – optional Relevant Azure, Security, or AI certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
