Vendor Management Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Vendor Management Analyst to support our client’s Global Marketing Operations team . The successful candidate will play a key role in managing procurement and vendor processes to ensure efficient, compliant and timely execution of marketing activities across the region. This role requires a balance of operational execution and strategic thinking, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end vendor management processes , including contract creation, purchase orders, renewals and budget tracking. Review and triage sourcing requests to ensure policy compliance and optimal cost management. Partner closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Legal, Finance and Procurement teams to execute sourcing activities. Work with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to contractual terms. Drive process improvements and propose strategic solutions to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems and tools. Support initiatives to enhance sourcing efficiency and vendor performance. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management or related functions—preferably within the marketing, advertising or media industry . Hands‑on experience managing procurement processes, including contracts and purchase orders. Strong understanding of procurement best practices and compliance standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions. Highly proactive, organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
