Specialist, Talent Acquisition (5 Months' Maternity Cover) Take your passion to the next level and work alongside other masters of their craft to build a fulfilling and rewarding career at Marina Bay Sands. Job Responsibilities Partner with Hiring Managers on the recruitment process sourcing, screening, offering and providing interview evaluations and tracking the status of the candidates. Advise hiring departments on headcount availability and raise the Job Requisition in the ATS to commence the hiring process. Attend to job seekers and potential applicants who walk-in to the Talent Hub to assist them with their enquiries or interview appointments. Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process and track data. Manage resumes received; ensure applicants’ information are updated in the ATS. Disseminate shortlisted applicants to Departments for review and track outcome. Manage and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates; ensuring good candidates’ experience. Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards. Prepare salary proposals for shortlisted candidates and extend offer to candidate; ensuring proposed salaries are in alignment with internal guidelines. Participate and support recruitment activities and events. Prepare and generate reports as required. Support the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance to the strategies and work-plans for the team. Perform any other jobs as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scope. Job Requirements Education & Certification Diploma/Degree Education Experience with at least two years of recruitment experience required. Applicants with prior experience as a recruitment consultant or those with prior HR experience in large multinational companies will have an advantage for the role. Other Prerequisites Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information. Possess good people, communication skills, detail-oriented and meticulous. Possess knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws / Employment Act is an advantage. A good team player and able to work under tight timelines. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to company policies.
