Commercial Manager

On behalf of our client, a reputable local shipbuilder, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive their new building business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a well-established marine industry player.
Responsibilities- Manage and expand key client relationships with ship management companies and ship owners
- Prepare tailored proposals, lead negotiations, and close ship repair contracts, costing
- Identify new market opportunities and gather market intelligence
- Collaborate closely with technical, legal, and commercial teams to deliver results
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 5-8 years’ relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in sales or commercial roles (newbuilding preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
